One of the truly great pianists/keyboardists on the West Coast– Mike plays the Hammond on Sinatra’s “That’s Life”, on the Beach Boy’s ground breaking, “Pet Sounds” album and the iconic “Good Vibrations.” The former musical director for the Grammy Awards, Melvoin has played with Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Sarah Vaughn, Joe Williams and continues to appear with the top musicians in the world and lead his own trio. He is also an accomplished arranger having written charts for Michael Buble on his debut album, among others.
